Ian first worked with CHROMA in 2005 at Spitalfields Festival and immediately recognised them to be a 'different' sort of chamber ensemble. A family of like minded musicians who are dedicated to producing top quality work, and enjoying themselves in the process. This enjoyment shines through in all the projects that Ian has been involved with over the last 10 years. 

From tours to the Highlands and Islands in Scotland, (bringing the CHROMA sound to the wonderful residents of Fair Isle) to being given the chance to curate programmes for concert halls in London. These opportunities have gone a long way to making Ian one of the most in demand musicians in London. 

The musicians of CHROMA grow and develop together, encouraging each other to even greater creative heights. It's a privilege to belong to such a group - every time the phone rings and it says 'CHROMA' - you know it's going to special.
